Heathcliff. It's a much better cartoon than comic strip but still a good chuckle in it.

Steven Presents "DUMPY" (by Pants).

It's an independent comic strip that can be found if you really look for it its rude. But Dumpy is a redneck that lives in a dump.

Thats where you can read a review and see a picture of the front cover. :)

The bestest comic strip ever was Bloom County. If you were born in the sixties and occasionally smoke marijuana,
Berke Breathed was your cartoon-drawin' buddy.

A boarding house where a penguin lived. You go boy.

I love Bazooka Joe! Some of those little cartoons were funny, if you could understand them... Hey, theres only so much you can do with a 2" x 3" square of platic coated paper, right? = )

Calvin and Hobbes, Far Side, Bloom County. Those should be a given for everyone.

As for comics i hate, let me begin. My hatred for Family Circus is best explained in the movie 'GO.' The Lockhorns. How many times can you see lame joke about the guy checking out hot chicks, getting drunk, and his wife not being able to cook. Jesus I hate that strip. Some strips just need to be put out of their misery because they are so old and should have retired long ago. Blondie, Beetle Bailey, Momma, Wizard of Id, BC, Andy Capp, and Ziggy. Maybe they're not that old, but they seem too out of touch. Finally, my most hated strip. Cathy. Words can not express my hatred of this strip. I just imagine all these 40 year old single fat women with moustaches reading this strip and loving it. It's just never funny.

This was my first post here, but I've been down with Ron and Fez so I figured I should join the board.

Sho 'nuff!

Calvin and Hobbes was definatly the illest comic strip but as for current ones I like garfield, Zits, Boondocks and Mutts. I never liked the Lockhorns or Cathy, its the same jokes every week.

Far Side and Calvin and Hobbes were the greatest, and always will be.

As for one now, Foxtrot's pretty much all I read.
