Why are girls mean?

When we're little like nursery school aged to about 3rd grade everyone alwasy seemed to get along, but what is it about anytime after that that makes girls utterly unbearable to one another until you reach your late 20's to 30's. I mean the girls here are pretty cool, but generally thats why Im not friends with many girls, because they're so conniving.

Mrs. Thunderlips is right, insecurity plays a major role in this situation. Girls feel inferior to others and in the course of jealousy have to resort to being one step above the other. In doing so, they are sly, rude and mean. Girls that don't have self confidence, personality, and strength are mean UGLY people.
That's why most of my friends that I converse with are guys. Gwen, I'll be your friend, you so rock. ;) Btw, when are we getting our limo filled with male strippers?

I theorize that the vagina is not actually a part of the woman, but a symbiote that detaches itself when the woman sleeps to devour goats.

It secretes hormones to make the relationship a pleasurable one, but the Vagina's natural enemy is other Vaginas. It is fiercely competitive and territorial. When unable to detach itself and wage war, it forces the woman to say and do irrational and hurtful things to people they would otherwise consider friends.

However, when they are able to detach, they head for the nearest vagina watering hole, where they partake in many violent battles to attain Alpha Vagina status. Injured vaginas will bleed until they recover, which explains the monthly "visits", and also explains why when women spend great amounts of time together, their periods coincide. (The vagina beasts now have a constant sparring partner.)

Insecurity is definitly a reason why we're mean. It seems as though most girls don't like to share the attention of guys in certain situations, so they get very bitchy.
Plus, guys, if you had to bleed and deal with cramps 5 days a month, you'd probably be bitchy too. :)
