another suggestion which is good when grilling fish. cube up a bunch of red potatoes, chop up some fresh onions and garlic, add some butter and salt and pepper and put them in tin foil and throw it on the grill. give it about 15 to 20 mins or until the potatoes are soft. delicious.

A suggestion for that spinach: Take a large pan, heat 4 tbsp Olive Oil and saute some finely diced garlic into it (one large clove should do it). Saute the garlic for a little bit, put in one container of grape tomatoes and saute those bastards too. Cook them about 5 - 7 min over med-high heat. Rinse the spinach, shake out the extra moisture and drop it in the pan. Keep stirring the spinach, getting the garlic, oil and tomatoes nicely mixed into it. Once it wilts down completely, serve it.

It is awesome, I make it at least once a week.

Upon serving, my family broke out the tartar sauce.
