<p><a href="http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,235906,00.html">17-Year-Old Gets 90 Years in Prison for Party Attack on Hispanic Teen</a> </p><p>FIXED LINK!!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A second teen was convicted Friday of aggravated sexual assault in the brutal attack of a Hispanic boy. <br /><br />Keith Turner, 17, wept after the jury found him guilty after about 90 minutes of deliberations. <br /><br />Last month, David Henry Tuck, 18, was convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the April attack at a house party in the Houston suburbs. <br /><br />The boy was beaten, kicked, stomped, burned and sodomized with the plastic pole of a patio umbrella. </p><p>Turner, Tuck, the 17-year-old victim and two other teens were partying at a house near Houston, drinking and taking cocaine and Xanax.</p><p><br />According to testimony, the attack was triggered by the 17-year-old victim's drunken pass at a 12-year-old girl and his attempt to steal drugs. <br /><br />The jury, which now must decide a sentence, heard testimony from Turner's relatives and the victim on Friday. </p><p>The facts are very shocking, but basically two life sentences handed out for this? Personally I was completely shocked at the sentences, the kids were drugged up at the time of the assault. The victim survived as well. Was this appropriate? </p> <span class="post_edited"></span>

<p>the sentence is for the excess of the crime.&nbsp; they tortured the kid AND they were 'legal adults' doing it to a minor.&nbsp; Assault, rape, and torture to&nbsp;a minor.&nbsp; I can see just beating the crap out of a kid for hitting on a young girl or for trying to steal shit, but what those kids did was in excess.&nbsp; Let them rot in jail for it.&nbsp; It's animalistic, regardless if they were on drugs or not.&nbsp; they shouldn't be allowed to be released back into civilization.&nbsp; </p>

I bet theyre considering it a Hate crime too, it doesnt matter. If you do drugs you should be thrown in jail for life, for being a waste of life. Think about it, how much less drug using would it be if everyone caught with them got thrown in jail for life. And as soon as they are completely off it , they let you out. That doesnt make sense..... but you see what i mean right?
