cannot say H right away but
instead has to go through the
whole alphabet does that mean

Any cops on this board that do sobriety tests know they usually start with G or J when they ask a suspected drunk to recite the alphabet. It happened to me a few summers ago in Belmar NJ, but I was just tired. He asked me to start with G, I kinda hesitated. Go figure, not dumb just not expecting it.
