Is it legal to broadcast old Ron & Fez WNEW shows on a internet radio station? I know back in the day Infinity would shut down illegal live streams of any of its stations but I see show files free distributed over the internet and want to know if its illegal to use them on a Live365 station. Even on Wackbag.com it seems asking for MP3 files of older shows is fine but not newer ones. That just makes me wonder if its legal use WNEW Ron & Fez shows.

Awww. I had high hopes when I saw the topic. But, I don't have an answer to your question.

I think it's probably legal to stream segments, but not large portions (or entire shows). It the portions contain any music, I'd more concerned with that. If you violated any laws by streaming show content, the show owner would probably just tell you to stop. If you streamed music illegally, you will run the risk of incurring HUGE fines.
