is the photo you want coming from your computer?  if it is, you need to upload the file to a photo host site.  imageshack.us is what i use.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:  Fallon taught me almost everything I know about using a computer beyond email and web surfing.   When I first joined the board I was completely computer illiterate, and Fallon coached me through everything from sig pic making to using code to post pics and links.  I can't wait to finally meet him in 2 weeks.  I owe him a drink or three for all the help and all the sig pics he's made me these past 5 or 6 years.

The first thing is, work with the largest pictures you can and resize them when you finish. That way the little shitty edges of things will blend away. For that one I needed to make an "I" to go in the name. Since there isn't an "I" anywhere and I didn't have the font I had to make it from combining the L and the T.I made a rough selection around one of the L's and copied it to a new layer. Then I did the same thing with the bottom of the "T". Then I used  Free Transform to rotate them into place. Usually it helps to make the top layer transparent while you're working so that it's easy to see what's what. Anyway, I slid the pieces together and erased what wasn't part of the new "I".So now I have a new letter to play with. I also had to copy the other letters I needed into their own layers. With all the letters I just moved and rotated them into place with free transform. I cleaned things up by erasing what was wrong and filling in the background with the rubber stamp tool.For sig pics I usually pull out the crop tool and set it at 300 px by 100 px, 72 dpi. That way it doesn't distort things and it comes out the right size.I also used a layer at the end to overlay a pink gradient. I told the layer to use "multiply" which is kind of a transparent darkening effect.I also always keep at least one .psd version and use the "Save for Web" to make my .jpg's. Sorry to be so long winded.

I would like to ask anyone iwth the patience and sig making skills to kindly put together an Alice in wonderland sig for me.  I'd prefer it to be from Disney's Alice in Wonderland, but other than that there are no real restrictions.  I have always had to rely on others to get awesome sigs.  My current one is an old school Jersey Rich production form his pre-mod days.

I haven't asked for a sig in FOREVER but need some help.I usually do my own but I would like this one animated if possible. I can't do animated.
