What if Ron had the heart attack?

Fez kinda wished it on himself with the whole dying thing. Ron doesn't seem like the type to do things halfway so I would expect him to&nbsp;go on a three day coke bender&nbsp;before his heart would totally explode and they'd have to bring in Ron2.
