His show is garbage, his best days are behind him, he got a small fraction of his fans to follow him, but boy did he sign one HELL of a deal.

He has to be responsible for a good portion of those new subs; some to listened to his show and some that have just heard of Sirius because of his name. Like him or not, he is a huge name and has brought a ton of subs to Sirius. Good for him.

actually, in every print ad that I've seen for Sirius radios, his fist icon is usually second - right next to the NFL logo which is first. His show isn't what it used to be, but the roasts have been fanfuckingtastic - and regardless of whether or not you care for him, he knows how to make $$.

You're probably right, roasts invite a whole bunch of people to roast one person, so 99% of it isn't his material. If it was, he'd ask if the person being roasted ever did anal then ask them to ride the symbian. End of roast.

I wish they'd do some Vos or Patrice roasts, like they did back in the day on WNEW - imagine how great they'd be now.

Howard Stern isn't so bad. I'm glad he listened to the players and decided to bring the old ball back. That new one looked like something from the playground.

The stock price is way down, debt keeps mounting with no end in sight and they give Stern even more money.

Why would anyone buy stock in this company? No wonder Sirius keeps floating the rumor about a merger with XM.

A love it when people say a fraction of his audience followed. When he lft he had 12 million listeners. Sirius has 6 million subs, putting his listenership between 3-4 million. In a year! Siruis doesn't kiss his feet every day and try to EXTEND his contract because they didn't think he was worth the money. One third does not equal a small fraction when it comes to PAID subsriptions. Stop listening to the O and A spin. IF you haven't figured it out about them yet, they are full of it and their slip is showin.
