Quick backstory. . .

I met girl one night and was really attracted to her. We would up hanging out that night and had a great time. She doesn't live in my town, so I haven't seen her since, but we chat every so often.

So . . .

Not that I think anything is going to come out of this, but do you guys think a 22 year old girl is too young for a 29 year old guy?

(On a side note, another girl I'm hanging out with is 32 . . I get a kick out of the fact that they're 10 years apart)

Nothing wrong with it. My fiancee is 10 years younger than I am. When we met she was 22 and I was 32. We get along great and are looking forward to a life together.

If you are not planning on a long term commitment, even better IMO. You are both adults and can have a lot of fun. The older you get the less 5 or 10 years will make.

Of course everybody might think I'm a dirty old bastard now...

Dude, if you can actually relate to a woman who is twenty two, I say more power too ya. Maybe you can put together some legos or watch Dora the Explorer together.

It depends on the two of you. Are you done partying all weekend? She probably isn't. Can you see yourself in something serious? She probably can't.

You have done the things you wanted and gotten past them, she has just got to the age where she is finally able to live her life. If you can handle that she will want to do things that encompass 'growing up' while you've already grown up (assumeably) then there shouldn't be a problem.

Just don't let your age and experience hold her back.

It depends on relative maturity. I find such things a little distasteful myself. I dated a gal 4 years older than me and that was a little tough to take. And I felt like she would hold that over me occasionally. But she sucked.

I say no (meaning no it's not too young). It's well over the 'legal' age and at twenty two, especially for a girl, you have a good chance of someone beginning to reach a mentally mature age. Go for it budday.
