<p>He's old, he's mean, and he's bitter.</p><p>Yet, you can't help but love the guy.</p><p>Whether you go back to the WNEW days of yore when he was known as &quot;The Heckler&quot; or if you just discovered him as Brooklyn's #1 blabbermouth, everyone knows The Blowhard.&nbsp;</p><p>Today marks the anniversary of the birth of this enigmatic maniac, and I just wanted to wish him the very Happiest of Birthdays.&nbsp; I'm sure he's already pissed off this morning, realizing we're another year further away from 1978, and I'd be willing to bet that even at this early hour something has already happened in his ever-changing neighborhood to make him long for the &quot;good old days.&quot;&nbsp;</p><p>Maybe we can take up a collection and send the guy a lifetime supply of Depends to cheer him up.&nbsp; Then again, he'd just bitch about how much better they were made back in the day.</p><p>Happy Birthday, brother. &nbsp;</p><p>I sincerely hope you have a wonderful, stress-free day.&nbsp; They tell me there's a first time for everything. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
