Either the guy was under the control of the pedophile or not. They either need to hold him completely responsible, and give him the full time, or find him unstable and give him time in a mental hospital. The six months thing doesn't make sense. Was he six months responsible?

<p>I really hate to jump to conclusions about a trial where I haven't heard the testimony, or any of the evidence. That article gives very little background to how they came to that conclusion. </p><p>Plus, throw in the fact he's a minor and what penalties the law allows. </p>

<p>So I guess if you're 16 years old, there are no REAL consequences to anything you do, just because you're what one country thinks a minor is. Blech. And a person who deals marijuana gets 10 years or worse. Didn't Tommy Chong get longer time? Or was it roughly the same period of time? </p>
