I melted some cheese in a skillet and when it browned, I added some egg whites. While that was cooking, I was nuking a potato. When the eggs were done, I buttered the skillet again and added the sliced up potato and browned the slices. While that was browning, I sliced up some papaya and now I am sitting here eating and posting about it.
What are you having this fine Saturday morning?

The usual. Coffee and vitamins. Which really makes my stomach feel great by 11am.

I've never been a regular breakfast eater, which probably explains why I'm starving late at night. Only make a nice bacon and eggs with some fruit thing on Sundays.

Stu Chocolate milk? For breakfast? Ooo madonna mia.

Although it is my favourite meal by far, this thread makes me realise how much of a slacker I have been with breakfast recently.

Most times its just two cups of coffee from the local bakery and two chocolate covered pretzel rods with the rainbow nonpareils all over them. Yummy as shit yes but damn, I really have to straighten things out and get back to fruits and grains.

I was in the habit there when I was on the Fat Smash Diet of two 8 oz. yogurts and a bran muffin or cup of fruit.

Kind of hard finding a happy medium on the road all the time for work but may just have to if I want to be healthy.

I had tea and some yogurt with grape nuts, but I was fantasizing about eggs benedict. I can't stand a damn papaya, but I'll fuck up a mango, especially a dried mango with li hing powder.
