He's too afraid of what people will think of him, and he's too afraid to let his true self come out because of this.  Here are some examples. 1. He always agrees with Ron, instead of having his own opinion2. He only plays mainstream music hits, because he knows people are familiar with them, instead of          playing something original and new.3. He won't get hypnotized because he's afraid of his true self will come out4. Even statements or opinions that he is positively sure of, he will still start the sentence with "ummm" followed by "definitely"5. Before XM he had the same job for how long?6. He won't get a girlfriend because he's afraid of what other people will think of her, and is worried about someone getting too close to him and seeing him for what he is.7. Always wears black.8. Closest female relationship is with his mother, because he knows that unconditional love is there. After having the same job for so long, getting a producer job was a little too much for him, but he kind of started to come out of it, then along came Free FM, and his brain is getting overheated again. My solution is one of those hats with a fan on top to keep his brain cool, kind of like a cpu cooling fan.. Earl should get checked for low Testosterone. Alot of Men have low Testosterone. Maybe he can get a script for the Androgel rub-on ointment. He will be more focused and energetic. Then he also has to take 2 shots of Chorionic Gonadotropin per week so his yambag doesn't shrink. It's an insulin syringe...it's nothin. He will feel like a new man.The average Testosterone level for a man is between 250-500. I bet Earl's is in the double didgets.

Todays show was horrible and Earl is to blame for most of it.1. Losing Paul O's movie and not attempting to contact Fed Ex to track the package. 2. Continuing the lies about ESD and making things worse.3. Paul O vs. Crotch- If Earl would just admit his errors, the show wouldn't have wasted all its time hearing them fight.4. Paul O vs. Gail O- Again, ties in with reason 3. the arguments took up all the air time, giving me a headache.I think the only was Earl will be the Ironman is if he becomes a maid and pushes an iron.

We all know that Earl is Lazy, Its been the case since the WNEW days with O&A. Now he has to work on 2 shows and has to put forth more effort.  Hes cracking under the pressure and not used to working this hard. Hes better behind the scenes then on Mic.

I used to enjoy listening to Earl. I liked hearing the history of some of the artists that he actually knows about (as opposed to the ones that he just makes shit up about). Now I can't stomach him. It's pretty evident that Earl 1) is a liar 2) is lazy 3) is a racist. On any given show Ron will catch him in a lie, ask why something wasn't done (guests? what guests?), and will point out that, regardless of what subject they're talking about, a black person was the innovator or is his favorite  person in that particular discussion. Can't we banish Earl instead of Dave? Heck, at this point I'd rather listen to Gail O cry than hear Earl speak.
