Whatever Happened to Iris?

Iris was a great character who used to drive Ronnie away. Whatever happened to her and her gravelly voice? I think Iris' voice was going so she stopped calling.... If you remember a couple of months ago an Iris responded to some caller that dialed the wrong number, but it didn't last too long. Iris' long-time affection for good cigars may have contributed to her vocal problems.
