<p>I agree: the Rider/ESD bit is a real display of talent.&nbsp; Contrast what Dave's doing with that Pyle guy from The Hideout and you can see why Dave's so special... he's got an amazing energy level for someone working such long hours.</p><p>Kudos to Dave for giving 110% to the show, and to R&amp;F for finding out how to fit him into the flow seamlessly.&nbsp; It's weird, but I couldn't imagine going back to a show without him, and I think that if eventually someone else ends up in the &quot;producer that contrasts with Earl&quot; role, I'll continually compare that person to Dave.&nbsp; He's the gold standard!</p>

<font size="2">I do agree that Mr Mcdonald has a good deal of talent and shows it each day.&nbsp; He has really been a good addition to the show. the chemistry is fine with the other cast memebers and make the show feel as if it flies by.</font>

<p>There is no doubt that Dave is a true worker.&nbsp; As much as people bust his balls on the show, he deserves much respect.&nbsp; One of the best examples is the other day when they had ESD on the phone and Rider in studio.&nbsp; Ronnie kept on switching back and forth between who he was talking to.&nbsp; You could hear Dave losing his breath, but he pulled it off and it was amazingly funny.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Many props to Dave for all his hard work.&nbsp;</p>

Dave is doing a good job, I cannot beleive he managed to keep the Midnight Rider up longer than Ron was able to go without calling him Dave.&nbsp; Fez does a better initation of the midnight Rider though.
