If there's a thread for this already, please delete and accept my apologiessss...Just getting an idea of who may be coming up (assuming they have tickets) for the Dave v. Rider Big Ass Bash.  I'm planning on taking the VA-Moose bus from Rosslyn VA to Penn Station Thursday night or early Friday morning and back on Saturday, and I'm just curious who else is looking to make the trip up for the big match.

Can't make it. Sounds like an awesome time though. Take lots of pictures for us back here, especially pictures with ESD and Rider both in frame.

I don't know the set criteria of  who goes, but maybe some of my posts have rubbed them the wrong way. Just being honest and 90 percent of my posts are positive. Missed out on the DC party last summer too. Okay, a couple of weeks ago I called them 2 fat fucks, but that was when I thought they had wrongly canned esd.... I assume they have a lot of fans that they already have an established rapport with. When they were at WJFK, they'd send me stuff all of the time, from a cellphone/computer game to dvd's, etc. for making decent calls to the show. My mistake was never going to their dave and buster's parties, or the n va. parties, or meeting them before they went back to the big time. Oh well. Life goes on.

Hi D.C. gang-I'm trying to get in touch with any of you who I met at the summer XM shindig.  I was the nervous nellie with the huge purse of sunscreen, change, water, and a black umbrella!  I haven't been able to post, but am HOPING to go.  If I do get on "the list" can I join you on the Acela?  I'll still be a nervous nellie, but at least I'll have my huge bag of stuff to handle any possible situation!  At least ESD won't need any sublock this time...maybe I should pack the bandaids, neosporin, and painkillers however....hmmm...icepack, ace bandages,........Peace-iglet, formerly niciggy, officially Nicole

WHen is the final word going to come out whether we qualified for tickets or not?  Do we just have to wait for them in the mail?

Tickets should be mailed out end of the week, according to what Earl said on air.

its come down to this? ...im relying on earl to pull off one of the most important favours ive asked of someone in a long time. i dont even want to imagine that im not gonna get a ticket at this point.if he pulls this off for me..I WILL NEVER SAY A BAD WORD AGAINST THE MAN AGAIN

I plan on going probably by train...The Acela is twice the price of the regular Amtrak to get there 20 minutes earlier so not worth it IMHO. I'll take the slow train and hypnotize the conductor to go faster....Of course all this depends on if I get any tickets...No Tikie No Go!!Cheers,"Don The Hypnotist"
