If anybody can call in, the name of the cat breed that chick was talking about is the Chausie:

The Chausie is a new breed - a hybrid of domestic cats and the wild jungle cat of Asia. This is a large cat - generally twice as tall as a domestic cat and 2-3 times as heavy. The breeders are striving to maintain the look and coloration of the jungle cat - the large size, tufted ears, and golden, solid black, or black and silver coloring. This breed is still developing and is not widely recognized.

I almost had to have my finger amputated because of my friends cat. I was petting him on the couch and he flipped over and bit me. The little prick latched on to my index finger and the fatty part of my thumb and he wouldn't let go. I had to smash him into the wall to get him lose and he really tore my hand up. The next morning my hand was swollen up like twice its size so I went into see my doctor. He gave me a couple shots and some pills. The next morning the swelling was still there and there was a throbbing pain. I went back in to the doc and I was told that they could give me a stronger dose and that if it didn't work they may have to amputate my finger and possibly my thumb. Thank god it worked and my hand slowly healed. I still have scars on my hand 3 years later from that little bastard.

I do like cats still though. Can't let one psycho kitty ruin it for me.
