Amazing evening! Fez really comes alive during a live event! I kept looking at the time and thought. "How are they going to squeeze all this in?" They pulled it off tremendously! Nothing seemed rushed. The crowd was great. "It Makes Me Fez" was the absolute highlight. Crankcase, Bobo, Sleeves, Art of The Topless, Dawn, Anthony, Paul-O the human billboard... All outstanding! I think Earl and Co. did a great job... But where were the XM signs?

well i'm up for some reason.

i just wanted to say again my girlfriend pixie and i had a great time. i watched most of the happenings between furtherman and fallon. further isn't as weird as i thought, real cool man. for some reason fallon was taking notes during the wrestling matches which i found weird, but he was a real nice guy too. for those of you that didnt come out you missed lleeder, he must've been a handful as a child. mikey, i think i saw a some gray hair. flavopop had his outfit picked out five hours before the event, sorry i missed you, i turned around after the show and you were gone. effme and gwen next time you guys go dye your hair let me know i want to go with you. i found out officially spoon is a fucking nice guy. fuck him, fucking tease. if bobby had worn a short skirt he would've won the kareoke competion. doogie is nuts. one of the best parts of the night was when stu, who was nice enough to drive me home, was in his car on the fone with fishhead talking about the show. for some reason that conversation was hilarious. also when i introduced myself to mooch after the fight and he asked me what happened because he didn't see anything as he was standing directly behind a three foot wide pillar. matty touched my butt, and sheepy was stripey. oh shit reef and amy, sorry i didnt get to chat, it was nice to meet you. mesa missy, nice work thank god sheepy was there to "tell a guy" bronxmark is an asshole i don't know how his boyfriend ralphy puts up with it.

this is my longest post ever.

good times.

It was a great night. Everyone involved with it did a great job getting things organized and it seemed like there were not any issues or problems. Effme and I got there a little late (7:30 ish) and skated right on it. My event highlights were It Makes me Fez, Pope Bobo Baby and seeing what it'd look like if Bobby Pantera ever became a wrestler. THank you to Mikeyboy and Just Jon for their organization. Here go my shout outs (I'm sorry if forget anyone, I am a bastard like that):

The usual susptects:

Sheep, Lisa, Matty, Liz, Gary, Missy, Jeff, Bobby Pants, Stugots, Marc with a C, Friday, Amy, Reefy fabulous to hang with you bitches as always. (I already feel like I'm forgetting peeps and I'm sorry)

Gvac and Jersey Rich: Crank Case was awesome! You guys sounded great great great.

Snoogans will get no mention becuase he was too busy "working" to come to the Hard Rock, he stinks.

Spoon it was nice to get to actually hang with you for a lil while, though I'm wary that you are in fact, the gossip team.

Doogie it was soooo great to see you, I'm glad you're back, hope you had a good rest of the night you paparazzi wanna be mofo.

Cofycrackcocaine for your first time ever coming out you came big. You caught Missy's drink, didn't spill a drop and managed to return it to her, you should get some major sheepy points for that.

Reily, you are an awesome chick, even if I can't figure out how to spell your name right and I look forward to getting to hang with ya more at future events.

Yourmudder, I apologize for having to ask you to identify yourself by your sigpic. I liked your shirt.

Lleder, it was also nice to meet you for the brief second that I did.

Pointer, you're an excellent fellow, it was also a pleausre to meet you.

My two rockstar sightings of the night

Fallon: all the way from boston it was nice to finally meet you. Hope you had a fun and now that you've been indoctrinated into bar9 I hope that we'll see you down in NY every once in a while.

Skidmark: Christ, man, it has been ages, but you're a gentleman and a scholar as always. It was a nice to see you, stranger.

What a terrific event. I got to the hard Rock at 3:50 and they were bringing in the ring so my first thoughts were that it was going to be a cluster fuck. Once inside though things seemed to go smoothly except for the boys doing 20 minutes behind the curtain at the start of the show for some reason.
Did anyone else notice when Fezzie got hit in the back of the head with a soda can, Ron, Fez ,and Hard Rock Johnny stared daggers at the idiot until he was booted out.
All the bands sounded fantastic Bobo was a hit thank god
except for the one I57 girl who was behind him she was bored as shit.
The Cumia fanily is scary talented.
ESD did a great job as did the REAL rider
Fezzy stole the show for me, my wife whos not really a fan
was clapping along with Fez! thats huge
since i was with my wife and brother in law I didnt get to mingle but I did get to say howdy to the Sheeps and Mikey Boy two fine gentleman,I was just about to inhtroduce my wife and bro in law to you Mikey but we were interrupted
next time
there was a short socky bald dude in a Esd fan shirt who got right in the face of I think Flea twice until security pulled him off and almost booted him out
overall a great night with a crowd that was so into and there was a ton of ladies in the crowd who werent hard on the eyes either

Howdy to all! This night was amazing. Met so many of you, everyone was great. Earl singing the song with a wig as a girl, Brother Joe singing to Earl his theme song, Dawn sang to Fez who sat in a chair center stage, Anthony did a little Neal Diamond. Friday was great in the karaoke contest. I mean great. Even Bobby P was up there. itz and Bx Johnny were working like dogs all night. They took doin' a live event to another level last night. When FEZ put on his gold jacket and his Fez hat and started into it makes me Fez in the ring, dancing around, the place could have fallen down right there. Dave was flat out spectacular. My brother loved it. I am still excited about it.

Thanks to all of you that were so nice to me. I wish met all of you, but as mentioned above, once the event started it was hard to work the room. And Ron and Fez couldn't work the room, which they appoligized for. They included the crowd in everything.

Can not wait for the next get together, small or large. Great job everyone.

Fucking way up there in terms favorite events. Holy shit was yesterday an amazing time.

From just the opening and seeing the ring, you can tell it was just going to be an insane night. From the music, to Ron and Fez commenting on everything, the guest appearance by Anthony, the crowd being so into it, the wrestling matches that happened, it was just amazing. I met so many people and saw a lot of old faces. Damn was it cool. I’m so happy that everyone was into it. Tazz making a small appearance was great too. I seriously can’t just say everything cause it was so off the hook. I had two favorite parts, one was seeing It Makes Me Fez live, and the other was the Black Earl song from Brother Joe that just kind of happened. Singing along to both of those with the entire Hard Rock was so much fun.

The main event was something I had never seen in my life.

Basically, for those who weren’t there, here’s what happened. It was Dave and a real wrestling partner Genesis, against another real wrestler and the “Midnight Rider”. Dave brought out Roberto, where Roberto was giving him ‘advice’. Started off being a regular wrestling match, with Dave even getting a tag in and doing a couple arm breakers. Eventually, Dave got tagged in and was clobbered by the “Midnight Rider” and his partner, receiving a powerslam and a leg drop from the top rope. Then, the two guys POWERBOMBED ROBERTO! Breaking him into pieces. Ronnie B caught his head, showed it to Fez, and Fez started screaming (hilarious). Dave runs out of the ring cause he wants to take care of Roberto. So now Genesis is being double teamed by the two other guys. Then we hear the familiar music, and the REAL Midnight Rider shows up. He starts taking down the two guys with clotheslines and shoulder blocks. Genesis gets up and starts fighting the other tag team partner outside the ring. The Midnight Rider grabs an autographed Bob Dylan guitar, and gives the “Midnight Rider” an El Kabong (guitar shot). The Midnight Rider pins the “Midnight Rider” and wins. We get the official unmasking, and Danny Doring (old ECW wrestler) is under the “Midnight Rider”. Midnight Rider and Genesis celebrate, as we come to a close.

It was so… wrestling-esce if you know what I mean. I loved it. I was laughing my ass off, cheering and screaming. Oh man how much fun it was. Anthony, Ron, Fez, and Big A commentating was hilarious. They should call pro wrestling. Holy damn was it up there in terms of my favorite things ever at a live event.

Big thanks to Mikeyboy for the email confirmation (worked just as well as a ticket) and getting everything together. Your work is incredible and incomparable. HUGE thanks to the one and only Al Dukes. Al talked to some people at the Hard Rock to help get me in. Couldn’t have gotten in without you (literally); Dukes fan forever.

<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"">Dave… you are the man. There is no one like you on the planet. There are people who don’t even have half the charisma and talent that you have. And of course, Mr. B and Mr. W. Ron and Fez… I’m becoming a bigger fan everyday. You guys are the best. Can’t wait for the next event.

As for the Bash it was an amazing event. The only thing I didn't like was Dr. Z actually thinking we're friend's now! Just kidding sweetie pie. It was awesome meeting some new cats and hanging with some old mofos. So here goes:

Mooch: What a fucking wacked out nut who I fucking love to death! He's the only guy I ever saw actually make ESD uncomfortable by grabbing his nuts so much that the bartender actually had to ask him to stop. His disdain for a certain someone brings tears to my eyes as well.

Friday: Awesome haning with you and your friend (well your friend did disappear later??) all night chatting and ripping people left and right. You stood your ground in Mrs. Pacman well too. At least some people at the 9 didn't quit!

Pointer: Somehow we never met until last night and it was great. This guy saved our freezing asses by being a personal taxi back and fourth to all the bars allowing us to be the hardcore 4am crew. Thanks again and hope to see you again soon.

Fallon/Snoogans: The man popped his R/F event cherry people!! What's next, Mojo in NYC and he's not into men? We love you no matter what political Pete. Great hanging with you at 9 with Lleeder causing havoc everywhere he went. Glad that ugly bastard Snoogs made it out too, I know you two are REAL close. Didn't he go back to the hotel with you?? Razzle Dazzle!

LLeeder: Whew, what a handful?! And this time I'm not talking about his crotch. This boy puts them down fast and it hit him at the 9 real hard. He got meaner then me in a hair product thread by Moe where he posts about his band and no talking about lawsuits. I had a blast earlier playing intro man for him at the Hard Rock as well.

Reilly: We finally meet. Didn't get much time to chat but it was real cool meeting the listening thread god and I assume that was your man shadowing you all day. You've got him trained real well!

Z: Strangely enough I had a blast guessing the plot and hanging ring side with you and your buddy. Next time hit Bar Nine or the other one as you gave up too quick.

Gvac: Good news is it seems you Amp survived NYC, but your health may have took a hit from Missy again. Always great hanging with you and you guys were awesome onstage. Even with Rich holding you guys back! I'll get you to lace'em up soon enough as 40 is the new 20! Bing Bong.

Rich: Nice to see you again too and in reality you all were great up there. Gvac just paid me 10 bucks to type that....dammit I said that out loud. Good luck with the new woman.

Gwen: Great to see you again as well, but you seemed a little more excited about seeing Snoogans?? Makes me wonder, hmmmmm. ESD alert! I still haven't seen this "man" of yours yet either? Does he live in Niagra Falls too? Can this be a Gwen/Snoogs cover up of massive proportions?? I wonder......

Stu/Marc ac: You left too quick dammit! And you took my new best friend! I didn't even get to see the famous "horse pants" and or "sneaks". Next time make sure you both come with your balls so I can have a few more drinks with you. Stu told me he had to go because he may have left his make and back oven on. So who could ultimately blame him.

Sheepy: Finally I meet the guy who had the longest lasting birthday thread and 10k post on the board. Real cool messin around with you, but your sarcasm filter in person is much slower in person. Me thinks someone was a little off his game bc he was thinking of other venues at the time. Still, he did get tackled finally as well. Nice job snoogans!

Fez: Awesome hanging late night with you as well budday. You absolutely killed last nig

This must have been an all Free Fm gig.I'm not sure why that would be, but I'm sure they could have thrown up any old generic XM banner if it was supposed to be part of the scene.

I think the whole "Earl is a Fuckup" thing was another of Ron's very clever Carny acts. Don't forget, he is the master!

I know I'm late with posting this up, but I caught up with IrishAlkey and finally got a pic of the final poster. I would like to thank everyone who signed this and helped with the cause. It really meant a lot to the guy.

http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w319/StoneColdFlea/AlkeyNorton009.jpg
http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w319/StoneColdFlea/AlkeyNorton006.jpg
