<p>Since there's no &quot;FUCK YOU&quot; forum, I will post this here. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;So I decided to send my Mom flowers, and my little sister&nbsp;a gift basket with cookies and a teddy bear &nbsp;for Valentines day. While I was at it I also placed an order for a deluxe bouqet of sunflowers to my Mom for her birthday (Feb. 28th). Now I placed this order at a site that USED to have great customer service, and unbelievable prices for these really really fresh flowers. I had used them dozens of times, and never had a problem. Its been about 7 months since I ordered anything there. </p><p>After I was done with my orders I realized they were charging me two delivery fees for two items going to the same location on the same day, so I sent an email. They pretty much told me to shove that notion up my ass, and that they charge a delivery fee per item, no matter what. I dont remember them doing that before, ever. </p><p>I sent them a reply email telling them to cancel ALL my orders. Fuck that, I will spend my money at a local business. The only thing I am concerned about is that they had a little blurb AFTER I did all this that said order placed after feb.4th cannot be deleted. Can they do that? I want to cancel my order, you cant say no!!! <p>If you really wanted to screw them you should have went through with the order and disputed the charge or charges after you received your statement.&nbsp; This way family gets flowers and your credit card company battles for you.&nbsp; They may diminish the extra delivery charge or a percentage of the actual order.&nbsp; Either way, you get to wait 1 or 2 months before you have to pay.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p>

Sent them twice, and they were dead both times. I dealt with a different commercial florist (1-------ers), and I had to make about 5 phone calls in order to get my refund and figure out why they kept sending dead flowers.</p><p>I finally got a competent CS person, and she explained to me that when you order flowers, check to see if it says something to the effect of &quot;hand delivered by our local florist&quot; or &quot;local florist arrangement.&quot; If not, it's commercially put together in some greenhouse far away, and the flowers are flown in and then shipped via UPS.</p><p>It turns out the ones I ordered came from Miami, and there had been some cold weather there (by Miami standards) that probably killed them off while they were sitting in cargo.&nbsp;</p>
