You sir, are a wiseass.

I would recommend that if you can go to the East Village this Saturday Night, April 4th...

...something could happen. Something rock and roll at the Night of the Living Bands.

Just sayin'.

With so many members of Crankcase in the room at the same time, a good time could break out.

We're pondering an impromptu Crankcase reunion at your bash next weekend!

Mikey D will be there playing drums for Patti Rothberg, and Rich and Kuter will be there playing with Dead Man's Curve or whatever they're called. And I'll be there hanging out. That's 4/5ths of Crankcase.

It would be like the Blues Brothers reuniting. ONE NIGHT ONLY!

What is that band where the back up guitar player insists on turning his back to the crowd? I wish I could have gotten them to play

First of all, thanks, Don Stugots, for letting me know about the bash. now that there might be a Crankcase reunion, I am going try my damndest to make it.

Speaking of bands with stupid names, a friend of mine saw a documentary about a Canadian band called Anvil. he said it is like Spinal Tap as if directed by Werner Herzog. Can't wait to see it. It will be showing in NYC on 6 April.

Why is this in "Entertainment"? There ain't nothing entertaining about Crankcase. :innocent:

Hottub, you screwed up again!!! :banning:

Ok, here's my request: Please cover AC/DC or Mr. Prince Rogers Nelson.

Too bad you never heard us do "Live Wire." It was the only song I ever sang with the band. Therefore it was the best.

I actually just got home from jamming with the Crankcase boys. We sounded pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

I even broke out the bottleneck and did some slide work on "Let It Bleed" by The Stones.

Not too shabby.

We're seriously contemplating storming the stage next Saturday night.

That's funny: last night I was dreaming of a steel guitar engagement.

didnt you sing BIG BALLS?

Holy shit. I stand corrected.

Those were the 2 best songs we ever did.

I think my days of channeling Bon Scott's spirit are over, though.

I'm going country.

Rare concert footage of Crankcase doing Live Wire.

Kuter can really belt it out!

We did it many, many times but not the night of your bash. We replaced it with "Big Balls" because it was shredding my vocal chords.

And Tub, that Crue version is positively embarrassing.

Well, Juggy the bulk of the lead vocals are handled by Mike Kuter. He posts here (very rarely) as "kutedogg." He's a really talented singer, songwriter, and keyboard player. Mikey D does the backing vocals and sings lead on a few while he's drumming. JerseyRich and I also sing back up from time to time.

The past few times we jammed tele7 joined with us on guitar and let me tell you something - that motherfucker can play!

Stugots would be an asshole if he didn't let us go up on stage next week at his "night of the living bands" gig and belt a few out.
