It's obvious that Earl should be fired, on a daily basis.  He's beyond awful. MikeyBoy on the other hand is a gift from god.  He does more to help out the show in the few times he drops in that Earl & Dave do in an entire month.  He also is constantly helping off the air, helping out these forums, doing their bidding, spreading the word.  He's a fucking gem.I have no doubt he could do a better job than Earl & Dave with one arm tied behind his back.Does he have some fancy job?   Otherwise why not just hire HIM to be EP of the show?

it was said by mr b in an earlier show that the producers do not make enough for mikey to be a viable canidate.From what i know about the man he is a lawyer with at least one child.Esd lives in a basement appartment.  This being an example of what a producer makes he probly pulls in less than 60 k.  Why would mikey want the job?

I don't know if Mikey has a communications degree or anything.. If he does, then i ABSOLUTELY think that Mikey would probably make the Best Producer Ron and Fez ever had, or any other show for that matter. Mikey is the BESTEST!

If they fired ESD & Earl, that would be FOUR salary slots that would open up for him (XM + FM) and should be decent for mikeyboy (240,000 / year).  i guess attorneys in NYC could make more than that, but seems like the ones that do would be busy as fuck, whereas this fella has time for a wife, children, and producing a show that two fuckups (ESD & Earl) are trying their best to destroy.
