I know I am going to catch major shit for this thread and I am ready for the abuse.But this needs to be said...I know Dave is not the greatest comedian in the world and Earl is not the greatest producer in the world, but I am tired of listening to Ron complain all day about them. He acts like a tyrant running around his palace who gets to degrade everyone, including Fez, while everyone else just walks on egg shells. No one will stand up to him because right away he gets all serious and jumps down their throat. Granted his name is on the title and he put in his time so he can bitch and moan about the performance of the show. But when his complaining screws the show up more than the actual actions he is complaing about I think it's time to take a step back and just relax.I know Ron is a great comedian and he's the glue that holds the show together, but he is not the greatest thing since sliced bread. He constantly fumbles around with his words and has to correct himself yet he gets to beat up on Earl time and time again about stuttering. He is all over Fez about his issues yet he can't even go get a drink with the guys because of his own demons. He constantly picks on Dave and makes the kid feel like a piece of shit because he doesn't kill every time out with his act, but the job Dave signed on for was assistant producer - not co-host of the Ron and Fez show.He needs to take a look in the mirror and STFU with all the constant bashing of his 'teammates' because if I am correct he's the one who shows up at 11:55 every day. If he cared so damn much about the quality of the show then maybe he should get his ass into work a little earlier and try to help the guys a little since he knows it all.It's getting to the point where he stops the flow of the show, which is actually shitting on the listeners, so he can chastise everyone around him like he's Jesus H. Crist.I love Ron and I do think he's a comedic genius, but he should ease up a little and stop being such a prick. I wonder if he goes home and treats his family like shit just like he does his co-workers?Bring the hate people.

Why can't you people give Ron a break.  Can't you see that he's externalizing the pain from Anna Nicole Smith's death.  Some people deal with tragedy differently. Last I heard the name of the show was Ron and Fez. From how ever long i have been listening i always get the biggest laughs from when Ron is "angry" at others and is belittling them. Its really funny and its what makes the show great. Its pretty much the, "gimmick" and i use that word losely, of the show.   I love Ron, I love Fez, earl and Dave and I listen to the show to laugh my ass off and sometimes listen to intellectually stimulating conversation. So in short get the stick out of your ass and enjoy the greatest radio show there is.
