Momma's Boy!!!

Yesterday I had to go up to Albany to take care of my mother.....I recently lost my father and it fell to me to take care of mom....I moved her up to my brother Mikes house.....I took care of the insurance......took care of the furniture that she always had......and today one of my cousins called me a momma's boy...I looked at him and asked him what that meant.....well...he said the wrong thing.....and my brother mike told him to knock it off....it seems if you care about your parents...you're a fag....that's what my cousin called me....I'm old enough to know that he is wrong...and it really didn't bother me....but my brother was shakened up by it.....he told me that I was the one in the family that everyone looks to when there is trouble.....oh well....Just venting!!!

<p>How old is your cousin???&nbsp; Taking care of your mother can be frusterating at times, I'm sure, but she's your mother.&nbsp; I think that it's really awesome that your there for her when she needs you.&nbsp; Tell your cousin that he needs to grow up.&nbsp; What would he do if his mother needed help?&nbsp; Run and leave her.&nbsp; That's exactly what makes a HORRIBLE person.</p><p>I feel the need to spell it out, YOUR DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!&nbsp; I know that you know it already, but don't let morons like you cousin make you think twice.&nbsp; If taking care of your mother makes you a momma's boy, then good.&nbsp; I think being a momma's boy is much better than an asshole anyday!!!</p>

if that was my cousin, he would be picking his jaw up off the floor. there is absolutely nothing wrong in doing anything for their mom. i would help my mom out in any situation if needed.&nbsp; if doing this means im a momma's boy, then im proud to be a momma's boy.<br />

The funny thing is....my cousing, Jimmy, lost his mom to cancer 10 years ago....I was the nurse that took care of her for 4 months at her home......maybe he's just angry he didn;t do enough for her....I was the one there for here and maybe he holds a grudge...I don't know....I'm not smart!!!...I just help when I can!!
