<p>As someone who was backstage all night last night and got to see just how much work and effort went into pulling off the Hard Rock gig, I just wanted to make sure everyone knew how hard Pitzy worked.</p><p>That kid didn't stop running the entire evening.&nbsp; From getting people who were stuck outside into the joint to lining up the guests, he did it all. &nbsp;</p><p>Pitzy's got the heart, talent, and desire to be a top notch producer.&nbsp; I hope he gets his shot. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

He steps up to the plate fully prepared every time. His 1st really shining moment was at Karavas, Crankcase's last RnF gig. He saved the day w/ his invaluable assisstance there too. I've got nothing put praise for the guy.&nbsp; Over the past week when we were dealing with ticket distribution issues, Pitzy was in contact with me several times a day by phone and e-mail doing everything in his power to make sure that everyone who was supposed to get tickets got them.&nbsp; He also was constantly working behind the scenes and at the door every minute of the show.&nbsp; Why this guy isn't on the payroll is a mystery to me.

<p>how did they not hire him at FreeFM. Earl should have fought for that. I think he is great on air, and sounds to me from everyone here he is even better behind the scenes. You can tell he is a hard worked because he is a chef, and even though they are all a little bit insane, they always work hard. </p><p>Hope you get some fat checks one day. </p>

<p>Pitzy was spot on all night.... he really seemed to be everywhere... covering all ground and making sure everyone was where they needed to be.&nbsp; And never did I see him lose his cool or appear to be stressed... just focused and on point.&nbsp; As someone who has interned at Radio City and in broadway houses... his performance was right up there with some of the best SM's and PM's I have seen. </p><p>AND he is a sweetheart to boot!&nbsp;</p><p>Good Job Pitzy! &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
