There are days when some entire topics have little to no action, yet the counter says there's been a few hundred members and a zillion visitors since your last visit. Why is that?

I thought that if there's an answer(s) to why more people DONT post than do, maybe something could be done about it. Or not, but its an interesting question.

And of course if you dont like my choices, just post your own.

EDIT-If you have more than 500 posts, you're in the wrong thread!

*cough* MOE*cough**cough*REESH*cough**cough**cough**cough*

I only post if I feel I have something to add (this time excluded). I see no point in posting just for the sake of posting.

Most of the time, if there's a topic I'm interested in, someone will usually say what I'm thinkin' at the time. No point in a double post. I do get on a roll and add my .02 every now and again. Mainly in the music & wrestling topics.

I was a lurker during most of the DC days and the beginning of the XM era. For DC it was a combination of not hearing the show and never being home (Senior year of college) for the beginning of the XM era it was moreso a malaise about the state of the board and how negative it (kind of) was. Now, i'm happy again. Hooray!

The show's not above criticism. But some newb's seem to get flustered if someone challenges them on what they say. If you attack something, you should be prepared to get hit back. Us regulars though, shouldn't go out of our way to chase away newb's we dont like. Alot of us got off to rough starts around here.
One thing I've learned about blogs and message boards is you get away with NOTHING, so double check it before you hit post.
