So I am a huge Pink Floyd fan but have a hatred for the album "the wall" Its not that I hate the songs at all!! I had an Ex girlfriend who I now DESPISE. She used to love this album and we use to listen to it all the time including during, well you know. Now anytime I hear the album especially "Hey You" I cringe and fill with disgust.

What songs or albums if any are so good yet something about it drives you so mad that you can not listen to it?

David Bowie's "Heroes" was once my favorite song of his. Then Jakob Dylan & his monotone voice did a cover and released the single for the "Godzilla" soundtrack. Commercial radio played the shit out of it and now the song is ruined.

The Proclaimer's "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)." I liked having country & western-obsessed Scot twins to myself, but years after the record was out this song resurfaced on the "Crazies in Love" film, Benny & Joon. Huge radio hit, and a cute song ruined forever.
