Nick DiPaolo is awful on his radio show

<p>He was so witty on Tough Crowd but when it comes to the&nbsp;hours of improv&nbsp;it takes to do radio he just doesn't have it. He can't say anything interesting or funny without thinking about it for a while and then writing it down.</p><p>&nbsp;And the sad thing is, that same delivery he had on Tough Crowd is what he has on his radio show except whatever he delivers on the show is uninteresting and for fans of him like myself, sad. It's as if I was a huge Elvis fan and was one of the paramedics who had to pick him off the toilet.</p><p>Or, if I was a huge DeNiro fan and then listened to one of the interviews he has done over the years only to realize he is an uninteresting bore.</p>

That is what I loved about him on tough crowd. He is totally not the same person in real life as he portrayed himself to be on tough crowd, a witty non-apologetic man's man. Mainly though, he just isn't witty.</p>

I would like to see him argue politics with Ron sometime. I like Nick's show and listen whenever I can during the day. In fact, Nick, R&amp;F and Penn Jillette are the only things I think are worth saving on FreeFM.

I think that Nick's show is great. I thnk that he's relatively new on the radio, but I think that he really carries himself well on his show without a partner. He's alittle closer to being reality based in terms of his humor and I think that his bluntness is what makes his show charming.

<p>When Ron &amp; Rez are in best of or I can't listen to XM I will listen to Nick DiPaulo and I enjoy it.&nbsp; I always thought he was a funny comic and he has really good comments/lines.</p><p>Plus the Boston accent is fun because I tease a friend of mine who comes from there and I sound like a native!</p>
