Anyone Else Tired of Lashley?

I mean, he is just another example of Vince's fetish with big guys.ÿ The dude is supposed to be this great amatuer wrestler but all i see him do is spear, powerslam, and suplex.ÿ Not only that, but they are trying to push him as a badass and thats great and all but I would be more willing to think that if his voice didn't sound like his nuts were in a vice and if they didn't have these videos of him being poor and shit.ÿ Oh, and he's on TV three times a week.ÿ This guy has no personality and has nothing on the mike and they made him the focus of ECW?ÿ Take the belt off him and give it to someone who can bring ECW back into the spotlight, like RVD.

I dont know..last nights mini cage match finish was enjoyable..Lashley is ok in my book but I still like Kennedy the best just wish he was on mondays instead of fridays...Raw seems to have less commercials

<p>It's not that Lashley isn't good, because for one of Vince's &quot;hosses&quot; he's alright.&nbsp; But to many Lashley is a symbol of the &quot;new ECW&quot; that Vince has established.&nbsp; </p><p>The &quot;old ECW&quot; was about heart &amp; giving everything you had for the fans.&nbsp; That's what made it important and different.&nbsp; You could be unconventional or have serious limitations, but ECW allowed you to work beyond that.&nbsp; Sandman is a pretty bad &quot;wrestler&quot; but he was world champ as the fans loved him.&nbsp; Taz was a little small, but he was as tough as leather.&nbsp;&nbsp; I could go on and on. </p><p>Vince has essentially ignored that history in the re-launch and turned ECW into his Double A program.&nbsp; Now it's no different than the other shows and that's why the ratings continue to drop.&nbsp; Nobody wants to watch Snitsky, Lashley, Test, Holly, etc.</p><p>That makes this a perception problem for Lashley.&nbsp; He's not too bad, but he's just a WWE guy.&nbsp; He's not what ECW fans expect.&nbsp; </p>

Lashley needs alot more work. He has a shot to be&nbsp;a great wrestler. Id had loved if we could have him and Brock Lesner been here.&nbsp;Had Brock stayed around he would finally now be coming into his own. Vince needs to stop rushing guys cause these are two big guys who can wrestle and could be good.

I liked Lashley better when he was down in OVW. There he played this big silent scary bodyguard for a smart mouth punk named Ken Doane (RAW's Kenny Dykstra). His speaking moments were minimal all his actions were physical. Heyman is a master at hiding weaknesses and he CLEARLY understood that having &quot;Black Lesnar&quot; talk wasnt a good thing. He's a big, intimidating monster. Or better yet, mld him into a modern-day Lex Luger. Always getting close to the gold but never winning it. <p>I haven't liked Lashley from the beginning. </p><p>He's gradually becoming an OK wrestler, but he has absolutely no charisma. And I always dislike the size fetish guys McMahon pushes when he has so many better guys who they do absolutely nothing with. </p>

Lashley is defending the title three times a week, and everytime i want him to lose.... the problem is that he is getting decent pops.... the general crowd seems to dig him.... i would like them to make the wm match a title vs title, win the IC belt, denounce ECW and become a heel, then have a 8 man tournement for the ECW world Title... do a match a night leading to one night stand with the finals being RVD vs. Dreamer or something like that

I didn't mind Lashley when he started out on Smackdown and I kind of enjoyed him being on ECW at first, but now that he's the ECW champion and he's getting this big push, I'm not really enjoying watching what boils down to the same match on every show every week.

ECW is basically &quot;The Bobby Lashley Show&quot; just like Raw a few years ago used to be &quot;The HHH Show&quot;.ECW is dead so they're basically pushing Lashley so that when ECW is over he can go to Raw and Smackdown and be a main eventer like HHH.
