You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

<p>I was lookin at property tax rates for my area, and it has 2 things listed. General Tax rate and Effective tax rate.</p><p>Can someone explain to me the difference? Effective tax rate is alot lower&nbsp;</p>
