Columbus, Ohio? WTF!

<p>just got word that on Monday morning I will be going to Columbus for three days.&nbsp; anyone out that way?&nbsp; anyone been out there?&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>i hate this. </p>

<p>I live in Indianapolis like 2.5 hours away and have to drive through that god forsaken city when i go back and forth.&nbsp; It has the worst god awful traffic for such a small city.&nbsp; Horrible radio stations as well they used to have O&amp;A on the big WAZU and that changed to country.</p><p>Seriously you will hate it there i am betting, and you could even take in a Columbus Yellow Jackets game</p><p>Bleh</p>

<p>I feel your pain...my company sent me Decatur, Illinois six times last year to our manufacturing plant.&nbsp; It's 180 miles from Chicago, 125 miles from St. Louis, and at least 50 miles (Cham-bana or Springfield) from anything remotely entertaining.&nbsp; </p><p>Good luck, man...at least Columbus is probably a big enough city to have a halfway decent nightlife, maybe a comedy club, etc.</p>

<p>you know whats worse then Decatur</p><p>Try Palmdale CA, i was there in August (height of summer) and then at the end of december (cold nights).&nbsp; Oh thats right i didnt tell you that it is in the f'n desert so going into work for nights the temp would be 105 and probably hotter baking the sun off of the black top in the summer, and then coming out after night work it would be 27 degrees with wind.</p><p>Plus no hot girls and you dont even get the hot mexican chicks like in LA and San Diego.&nbsp; And it is so bad when you go to order food that they have to get someone who can speak english to take your order because most of the people only speak spanish</p>

I was told when I was there about 10 years ago..It has the most Pizza places per population in the U.S........I believe it....Stu Jump on 70 go west about 3 hours and Visit me...I'll have Carol put on something nice..Hahahahah
