Very Sad. I remember him and have a couple of his baseball cards. RIP !

<p>Who was that pitcher who literally broke his arm when he was pitching? I think he was a Phillie, but I really dont remember. </p><p>It was back in the 80's, he had some degenerative bone disease and he threw a pitch and his arm just snapped. Awful. </p>
