The Intern Revolt

<p>Earl thinks just because he had one good show a few weeks ago and fooled the bosses into giving him a raise, that now he is the best worker in the whole group. BULLSHIT! Even that successfull Big Ass Bash had its flaws, and 99% of the time, Earl blames others for things he was in charge of. Like one of the interns said, when the show goes bad, Earl blames Dave and the other interns, yet when it goes good, Earl gloats about it! Dave seems like more of the &quot;people-person&quot; type. He doesn't sit above the others that work for him like a monarch. Earl always challenges Dave &quot;you want this seat?&quot; and Dave is a true pro by not turning into a dictator like Earl and declines. But I did love when &quot;Pepper&quot; was asked that and he was ready to take it. I bet Earl actually turned pale when he saw that someone&nbsp;had balls and was ready to take his job away! I say, GOOD LUCK INTERNS! Maybe you can get Earl to be your butler (or is that too racist?)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>and by the way: WILL SOMEONE CHANGE THAT DAMN BUZZ! The event was almost a month ago! it's not buzzing anymore!</p>

I don't think this is about Earl at all, just substitute &quot;My Boss/Father&quot; for &quot;Earl&quot; in your post and I think were looking at your real problem.

<p>They did good (of course anyone is better than Earl). Only problems I had:</p><p>1) Board Gossip is Dave's, not that little bimbo, who almost broke a promise made to Dave about personal issues.<br />2) The recomendations were lame. One recommending a guy for sex and one recommending porno. Both border on soliciting prostitution.<br />3) The Midnight Rambler was a lame ripoff of Midnight Rider.<br />4) Ron bringing down Dave and Earl for not being good interns (claiming they took up too much mic time when these interns would never shut up on Thursday's show).<br />5) How Dave was treated by the people he treated so nicely (much better than Earl). Ingrates.</p><p>Still , they did a good job and made Earl look stupid. Now, fire Earl, give Pepper his job, keep Board Gossip for Dave, not the airheaded chick with that lame ass fake english accent.</p>

<p>Hot shot take your head out of your butt, and Reconize the Great Shelle Bink. I thought she was great for bored gossip and great for the day. It takes a real winner to Do a recomendation on a boyfriend that she had before. Way to go Shelle, Lilly, Pepper hicks, Pitsy Rocks the Board, And even NAS for getting a guest at a moment's notice. This may have been one of the best shows in a few months. No one (other then dave) got yelled at for screwing up during the running of the show. Great effort by all, hope to see more of the Interns Taking charge. Btw I even loved the lobable Bronx Johnny.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please Don't ever insult a long time poster to this board.&nbsp; Shelle Bink Did an Excellent Job.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

to pimp out an ex isn't being a winner, it just makes you look like a ____ (I'll be nice and spare her feelings). Plus JustJon, FYI &quot;revolt&quot; is a form of &quot;revolution&quot;. I admit the interns did great. It was to prove how bad Earl is at his job. It could have been proven if I happened to walk in and say &quot;I can do this&quot;. I'll give them props for doing it with only 24 hours to prepare, but I noticed that they borrowed the &quot;midnight Rider gag from dave and the board gossip from dave. Dave was the one that the interns said they got along with better than Earl, then they turn on him. This was mainly to bash Earl, yet they couldn't wait to sink their claws into Dave as well. In closing, I apologize if my constructive criticism was taken as a blatant vicious attack, I really do hope things continue to go well for all of them.
