That happens on FX all the time, especially when the commercials are trying to sell erectile pills and feminine hygiene products.

I came up with a theory about this last night that they do it because they know they are going to generate some kind of response towards the commercial from people who are so annoyed they have to keep turning the volume down every time it comes on.
