I'm partial to The Exponent of Westbrook 1 because the whole series just elevated to new levels and it was such a mystery to me for the longest time. It all had a lot more meaning after. A strong second would have to be a toss up between Something Occured And Just Went Back and Atoms, Motion & The Void. The writing at the end of each of those two is so powerful. It could move anyone.

i should add that 4 was the original for me but 'atoms motion and the void' (#18 i think) was just another level of greatness.

best thing is ive been saving the last few up for an emergency so i can have a nice monster AMV session.
