First all the unrest over Sean Bell, then the shooting of a bartender and two APO's in an otherwise safe neighborhood and now a sweeping riot spanning ten city blocks and "the world's most famous arena" <a href="http://wcbstv.com/topstories/local_story_077234243.html">Story + Video Here</a>

from the story:According to reports in one fight, a teenage girl pulled a hairpiece off the head of a cashier at a pizza restaurant and ran off with it. Police officers on horseback ultimately closed 42nd Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.  NICE!

thats so ridiculous!my train stopped in Penn Station last night (right under MSG) and it was funny because I noticed there were alot of cops going through my train and the station just kind of looking around, surveying.  But I thought nothing of it... because, well..... it's NYC.Too much... people are so lame.

anyone notice this isn't getting the coverage it deserves? it is the policial correctness folks sweeping this under the rug the day the cops that shot Sean Bell are going to be indicted? The 11 PM news last night broke into a "Developing story" but this morning there was no local TV coverage showing the "melee". Also, what's the difference between Melee and Riot?
