That's right, I got back from the doctor a couple of hours ago, and the results are in: Grade I tear of my MCL.  I slipped in the snow Saturday.  It's annoying pain, I can't walk well, and stairs are a bitch!

if they tell you to go to physical theapy at all for it if it doesnt heal make sure you go.yea its not fun but my knee still gives out and cramps up on me after i injured mine.

is the mcl the one that runs up the inside of the knee?  whenever i do anything to my knees in hockey, its on the inside of the knee, below the knee cap.
