Bennington Inc would certainly be the safer more consistant investment. Whatley Inc. though, if you bought low after one of his melt downs and had the patience to wait for a high, you could make a great profit.

Ron Benninton Inc (symbol ROC)

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Quick summary.:ROC recent IPO was met with mixed results. The timing of it seemed to get many traders off guard as to the actual time of it. Originally scheduled for 11:03 and than 7:11, it was than moved to 10:01 and than back to 7:11. For awhile it remained there than was said to be going off at 10:02, only to have conflicting reports of 2 IPO's in day at 10:02 and 7:11, which is impossible and would strain the stock interest and strength. For a moment thee was a rumor that the stock was to finally open early at 6:10 or even later, maybe 11. Finally it went off at 7:11. Not long after , after the NYSE became disillusioned with other under performing stocks in their company, the stock was changed out of state to another exchange temporarily. Unfortunately there wasn't an exchange there and no one could seem to figure out the company or how to fit it into an exchange if they had one anyway. So back to NY went ROC.

The EPS for 2007 remains positive. The Entertainment per Share (EPS) showed a very good trailing EPS, present day EPS gaining, the future EPS remains unavailable yet at this point to to M & A speculation.

The biggest problem for ROC as a pharmaceutical start-up is the hands on involvement of its CEO and namesake Ron Bennington.

The company manufactures and test future illegal street drugs to make the CDC and DEA aware of these problems before hand. It regularly tests product seized by the US and the companies subsidiaries in Columbia, Peru, Thailand, Ireland, Jamaica, Afghanistan, Mexico, most of the Golden triangle in Asia and East Meadow.

The budget for testing and research and development continues to be the biggest hurdle for this stock to get under control. a natural point of resistance exists just above the pivot point moving exponentially with the MACD and DMI trending downward, with a negative ADX, post trip. Once again, due to the once again hands on approach by Mr. Bennington. He insists on personally doing all the majority of the testing in house of products they have in developmental pipeline as well as those brought in from the subsidiaries. What makes it worse it seems that the CEO while on these testing runs will disappear for days on end. Upon receipt of Mr. Bennington, his personal business credit cards and spending account are at the top, with names like Asia delight, Pipes r us, pleasure palace, a lot of activity from the Tampa area es[especially the day care center billing from Mons Venus. Which is odd because the children who appear with Mr. Bennington are certainly of age and do not seem to need day care, and as pointed out yes Mr. Benninton has beautiful nieces that he needs to take care of he says.

the outlook for this company is bright. Rumors of a hostile takeover attempt by Mel's Drive thru have yet to be substantiated.

We upgrade this stock to a buy as this analyst has just learned a meeting has been set up with Mr. Bennington to see the actual process in action. He said be prepared for a few days off and bring a defibrillator and as many hypodermics of adrenalin is possible. I look for a solid quarter and an even better half..somewhere in that 10 days.

original office of ROC before becoming public

present CFO A.S.
