I can't decide if I'm for or against this.&nbsp; I know some places could really benefit from it, but then on the other hand, the government needs to stay out of my business.&nbsp; I'm so conflicted.

I don't have a problem with this at all, depending on what's done with the results.&nbsp; I liken it to mandatory vaccinations as a newborn and when entering colleges.&nbsp;

isn't already pretty routine for mothers during pregnancy to have blood test done and checked for things like AIDS?&nbsp; I seem to remember talking about it with my wife when she had her blood work done.
