He just gets it sometimes and gets it bad. One of the times I showed up at WJFK he hadnt slept in days, he talked about it on-air, and during the breaks he was, well, he was like a guy who hadnt slept in days.

Sometimes it's just hard to tell your brain to shut the hell up and turn itself off. Usually fatigue and a couple of hours of old Ron and Fez shows help me lose that voice that's telling me I need to be awake. I don't think that would work for poor Ronnie though. He would probably just listen to Earl making excuses and get worse. In the end you either figure your shit out, let your shit go, or pass out from exhaustion.

I feel like I'm the cause of Ronnie's insomnia. I've become some sort of sleep vampire and I must've stolen some hours from him. Friday night alone I slept 18 hours.

i know exactly how he feels. When I went 5 days without sleep, nothing was real. You don't really notice how fucked you are when you are moving around. However, once you sit still, it really hits hard. For some reason, paranoia sets in and you think all eyes are on you. The hallucinations are not fun either. Ronnie, stay away from that fuckin Ignite. We don't want you goin down that road.
