Is insomnia contagious?

I believe him, insomnia can be contagious. I don't think I caught it from anyone, though.

Thanks. I didn't like the "other guy" either. How strange that he didn't show up in any of the pictures from that night. hmmmmm..... :)

Oh yeah... update!!! I got 2hrs of sleep the other day from like 6am-8am and then went to bed late that night and slept better than babies.

I'm still sleeping, but horribly. And I'm a lousy sleeper to begin with.

After doing shifts for 17 years I cant sleep either, you get used to it after a while.
