Today I got this email from a friend who neither knows the first thing about Ron and Fez nor would be caught dead watching Lost, and I have never heard him say this phrase before:

".....After that I was going to go down to Putah (creek) and razzle-dazzle some bass."

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!?
