I'm seriously wondering if these kids are Ron and Fez fans. (http://www.tampabays10.com/news/local/article.aspx?storyid=52072)
Students accused of trying to poison teacher
TAMPA, Fla. — Two eighth-graders were arrested on charges they tried to poison their science teacher by pouring a fabric freshener into her soda.
Authorities say the teacher, 51-year-old Jacqueline Hutchins, was not hurt.
She told police she noticed an odd taste when she sipped her Pepsi on Friday.
Investigators say other students told them a boy and girl, both 15, huddled around the teacher's soda and talked about putting the Febreeze fabric freshener in her soda.
The students were charged with poisoning, a first-degree felony.
The teens were taken to the Juvenile Detection Center.

1) She probably is a bitch and somewhat deserved it
2) She would have had that April fresh smell, so what's she complaining about !
3) She probably got rid of that static cling caused by her fat ass thighs rubbing together.
4) Isn't a felony kinda harsh? And she obviously pressed charges - refer to point #1
5) If this had happend when I was a kid we would have unmercifully tormented this lady for the rest of her career or until she ran away crying whichever came first.
6) I just really like using lists with numbers and brackets tonight. Oh yeah, refer to point #1.

It is, and its scary how severe punishments, there doesn't seem any reason why the prosecutor would go for a felony.

Almost everything's a freaking felony these days. I read up a lot about it when I was getting my voting rights restored. The whole idea of a felony was originally intended to be for the most severe crimes. Now you can get a felony for a little bit of coke, or stealing something worth 200 bucks.
Then again... even though they were too stupid to use something that would actually kill her, the intent to cause here serious harm was there.
