It seems we've moved from ESD to Black Earl with the bashing threads.
Earl is sucha cool guy and knows so much about music (and Im talking rock and blues and jazz... not just hip hop).
OK yes he has his own outlook growing up as an African American and subjected to controversy brought up by the buddays.
But c'mon Ron is a genious and as we've all seen can turn an argument around on you.
Earl is gold and leave him alone..

It seems Like ESD gets a pass and Earl takes the brunt of the shit. But Ronnie sets the tone. If he was riding Dave this way the posts would be there for him too.Daves enjoying some time in favor but that too can turn at any time.

Earl's music knowledge is amazing. I think a some of the time when Ron is smashing Earl it is semi- legit....most times it is a bit. It wwas the same thing when it was Dave. Listeners have a habit of "not getting the bit" and turning ball busting into hate. Wehn Ronnie was on O & A for Ricky Gervais, he said he abuses his staff for fun. He said that he accuses them of things and tells them that they suck until eventually they believe it themselves.

I agree with this thread 100% and would like to expand it to "Stop with the negative bashing threads of EVERYONE on the show and every topic."

Constructive criticism is one thing, plain ol' bashing is fucking gay. Dropping a "Earl sucks because he's black" comment on the board and disappearing has to stop.
