Stuck on a Deserted Island - R&F FreeFM or XM?

I know there was a similar poll when the Free show had just started, but now that both shows have grown into two beautifully bosomy teens with totally different personalities I'd like to ask the question again.

If you were stuck on a Dharma-esque remote island what would you choose; The FreeFM radio show or the XM radio show? (with magic everlasts of course)

I've never seen a more one sided poll! I chose XM because I like it more, but there's also a technical reason. I don't think the FM signal would reach a deserted island too well.

I have to vote XM. Although the FreeFM callers are generally better and the ticket contests are great fun, the raw version is the best thing going. Wooooo!

I went XM. The callers and topics are better on FM, but the freeform nature of XM coupled with Ron being free make it the funnier of the shows.

Although Ron & Fez are 100% as entertaining on both, between the frequent short porch shows, extended commercials, & caller drops outs for cursing I would have to go with XM.

How is this even in question? The XM show is not preempted by basketball, hockey or foosball, there are fewer commercials, they don't have to sensor themsleves. Plus, there is more variety on XM for the 21 hours per day Ron and Fez aren't on, not that it matters because battery life is going to be a major issue along with reception problems either way.

FreeFm is just a neutered version of XM,

XM is how real people talk,

that being said, if the XM show was on later in the afternoon from lets say 3-6 or 6-9, the callers and topics would be better.... half the time Ron is just waking up at the end of the 12-3 show

The best bet for picking up Ron and Fez is XM, the chances of picking them up through the airwaves is slim to none.

I say WE go to that deserted island, bring my xm and a bunch of Pina Coladas and drink ourselves silly while oiling each other up tanning the day away.

Even though we get the Fez and Earl problems I think Ron and Fez are much sharper on XM and I love Board Gossip. Dave really covers for Fez on XM as well. We don't get nearly as much of Dave on the Free-FM side. I love both shows, but the XM show has that improv feel about it that you can't get away with on commercial radio.

I gotta go with the FreeFM show. I have too many good memories of the great 'NEW shows. The callers are much better, much sharper. Both versions are great, but FreeFM butters my bread.

Ron is a guy who is funny no matter where he is. The ability to drop the f-bomb doesn't make him funnier.

Although I do enjoy the FreeFM show, I have to go with XM because there are far less restrictions so if the show starts to go in one direction they don't have to pull it back and sacrifice comedy because it could get out of hand.

I voted for the XM show mainly because the Free FM show is overloaded with commercials. But other than that it's a great show. I also like the XM show because they seem to use Dave more and overall the show seems more real.
