Lite is a good beer to drink when you just want a, well, lite beer. A non-thinking beer. A beer when you're at a party, or you're watching a game, or something like that.

same here. plenty of parties and family BBQs have been spent getting drunk on Coors lite. While alot of nights out for dinner or at home, Smithwick's or Weiss Beer will be the drink of the night.

For me it depends on which has the better commercial going at the time.

I'm not kiding.
I watch the Redskins games at a friend's house and he doesn't like the imports like I do so on the way over, I grab either the Bud or Miller Lite depending on which has the better commercial at the time. They taste pretty much the same to me.
