In a nutshell: a couch gets delivered to a family and the child finds the label listing the color as "n-word"-brown. The family is from Ghana, and find having their race depicted in such a way on a leather sofa to be offensive. The manager of the store the sofa was bought from says it's a problem with the manufacturer, as they pick the names of the colors.
