I use a steak weight....I use a very large electric griddle...I have used a brick double wrapped in foil for my weight when I cook it on my weber.......Take romaine Lettuce and fresh tomato from my garden... Sliced bread from a whole loaf and cut it thick...Toast it slightly on the griddle with a little of the bacon grease still on there....The BLT one of my summer Sunday favorites....Oh and lots of Mayo!!!
