Yeah I've seen it before and am watching it now.
It was right after they released "Let There Be Rock".
Bon is the best, don't even talk to me about the new guy.

the new guy?
lol
yeah never was a huge "new guy" fan.
Hell is not a bad place to be
they turned into a pop band when back in black came out.
-best rhythm section in rock & roll
I hope people never forget the magnificence that was Bon Scott era AC/DC.
It was boogie woogie on steroids, and Bon was such a unique talent. Incredibly underrated lyricist, too.

Great point about the lyrics.
Bon always had a sense of humor about the whole thing.
They way he sang "I'm gonna change my evil ways...one of these days"*winkwink* in 'Ride On' puts a smile on my face every time.
Absolutely, FezPaul! I still giggle when I hear "Rocker" -
I got lurex socks
Blue suede shoes
V8 car.....
and tattoos
Dozens of other tunes also get a chuckle out of me.

I posted this in the great lyrics thread but it's worth repeating.
From 'Ain't No Fun':
I got patches on the patches on my old blue jeans
Well, they used to be blue
When they used to be new
When they used to be clean
The filthy dirty leering inflection in his voice in the last line is priceless.
Also, in 'Love At First Feel', when he says "First touch was too much." I think he sounds a little like Daffy Duck.

ACDC Bootlegs (http://www.acdc-bootlegs.com/)
For anyone interested, this site has people who trade rare and hard to get ACDC concert videos and audio recordings. Pretty much everything that was ever recorded is on there somewhere, and there are ratings for sound and video quality from professionally done to under the jacket jobs.
I got the 1982 Detroit Cobo hall concert, which you might remember was the show that MTV used to play videos of for "Got the Finger on You" and "For those about to Rock" Great stuff. Brian Johnson actually sounds good live, something he rarely did after 82.
Here's the trading page. (http://www.acdc-bootlegs.com/trading.php)
You can go through the links halfway down and find everything from early Bon Scott to their most recent concerts.
