Anyone in the car insurance game?

I recently dropped collision from my policy (the car is 7 years old) and need add medical coverage in case I'm in an accident (I don't have insurance right now). Does anyone know if it's expensive (I know that depends on the type of coverage you get). I'm just curious b/c I'm trying to save as much money as I can.

I am an Insurance Agent in NY. NJ has alot of different rules then any other State.

But, to answer your question, it should be very affordable. Are you asking about coverage if you get hurt in the car?

Yes, just in case I get hurt. I don't want to be screwed with medical bills.

I know you're in NY, but what would the premium on the standard $250K run?

Probably favorable and I would think there is something all ready in the policy. Give them a call.

Now, Health Insurance is a different game and you may want to start thinking about that as well.

I called and the $250k option is only an extra $39 which would bring my annual insurance to $788. NJ Manufacturer's rocks!

Now health insurance is a whole other bag o'kittens. Believe it or not, freelance editing isn't as lucrative as one might think. :-)
